Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to introduce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative within our Health Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service while assisting customers in understanding the health aspects of e-cigarette products. Your input will be vital in helping Italian-speaking customers navigate their inquiries and ensuring they receive accurate information.


Responsibilities
  • Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and health-related questions through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear and precise information about product usage, safety instructions, and health considerations.
  • Help troubleshoot customer issues and manage returns or exchanges effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, health guidelines, and trends related to e-cigarettes.
  • Collaborate with team members in the health department to maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the health or e-commerce industries, is preferable.
  • Familiarity with e-cigarette products and health-related issues is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively.
  • A passion for health and wellness and a desire to help customers make informed decisions.
