Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Assist customers with their car rental inquiries, bookings, and returns while ensuring a smooth rental experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, striving to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of car rental policies, procedures, and available vehicles to assist customers accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to improve service and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about company promotions, rental options, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
