This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about vehicles and committed to providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking customers.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about vehicle maintenance, parts availability, and service appointments.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest automotive trends and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
  • Collect feedback from customers to support quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to customer concerns.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for automobiles and helping customers solve their automotive needs.
