Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Assist customers with account management, subscription services, and troubleshooting streaming problems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all inquiries are accurately documented.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues impacting customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest content offerings, features, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance and enhance customer enjoyment.
  • Gather insights and feedback from customers to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for streaming services and knowledge of current entertainment trends.
