This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to clients in the Dutch-speaking market.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with travel bookings, inquiries, and support.
  • Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they receive the best travel options suited to their needs.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, offers, and company policies to deliver accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback comprehensively to contribute to service improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the travel journey.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with customers effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • A genuine passion for travel and helping customers plan their perfect trips.
