  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and detailed product information.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and product availability.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records to help improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on the company’s products and policies to offer precise assistance.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
