Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding support to German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive gaming experience.
  • Help customers with inquiries related to account setup, game instructions, promotions, and transaction issues.
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions to help improve service offerings.
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any customer-related problems effectively.
  • Stay updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and new game releases.
  • Encourage and gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or online gaming sectors.
  • Good understanding of online gaming platforms and strategies for effective customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to resolve issues effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
