Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to present an opportunity for a Finnish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative in our Health Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting customers and have a strong interest in health and wellness through e-cigarette products. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Finnish-speaking customers receive the information and assistance they need.


Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries related to e-cigarette products and health aspects.
  • Deliver accurate information about product specifications, usage guidelines, and health implications associated with e-cigarettes.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and assist with product returns or exchanges as necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to help improve service and product offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, health guidelines, and innovations in e-cigarette products.
  • Work collaboratively with the health department team to maintain high customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the health or e-commerce sectors.
  • Knowledge of e-cigarette products and their health-related issues is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer care.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • A keen interest in health and wellness with a desire to help customers make informed decisions.
