Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding car rental inquiries and bookings.
• Assist customers with the rental process, including vehicle selection, booking modifications, and special requests.
• Provide support in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the company’s fleet and services to assist customers effectively and promote special offers.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records of transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth car rental operations and enhance customer experience.
• Work to achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or rental sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and customer service software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for cars and an eagerness to assist customers in making informed rental choices.
