Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce a new opening for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online iGaming Department. If you are passionate about online gaming and providing exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding account creation, game rules, promotions, and any issues related to transactions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions for tracking and service improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-related problems efficiently.
  • Stay updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and new products available to customers.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help enhance service delivery and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming or online gaming sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of online gaming platforms and effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with customer support software and standard office applications.
  • A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail for effective problem resolution.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
