  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information and timely solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, aviation regulations, and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Foster positive customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
