Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries related to travel services.
  • Guide clients through the booking process and provide relevant information on travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address customer issues and enhance their travel experience.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and company offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions to contribute to service improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry, is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
