Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about travel trends, company offerings, and available promotions to provide clients with the best options.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized records for follow-up.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
