Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding streaming services and content.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription issues, and technical support related to the streaming platform.
  • Provide detailed information about available content, features, and assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the platform’s offerings, promotions, and new releases to assist customers effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized service records for reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with a focus on customer experience.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and digital media is a plus.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
