Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Aviation Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service in the aviation industry and want to support Swedish-speaking clients.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to aviation services, travel arrangements, and ticketing.
  • Provide support during the booking process and address any issues or questions that may arise.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery to clients.
  • Stay informed about company policies and aviation regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for process improvement and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
