  • Document user interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and moderation skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the user experience and content safety.
  • Offer constructive feedback to enhance moderation processes and customer support strategies.
