Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a new opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online iGaming Department. If you are passionate about customer service and have a background in online gaming, we would love to have you join our team!


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Nordic-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account creation, game rules, promotions, and transactional issues.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and questions to foster long-term client satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about gaming regulations, company policies, and new product launches.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online gaming environments and customer engagement principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective problem resolution.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
