Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce the availability of Nordic Speaking Customer Service Positions within the Imperial Department. This opportunity allows you to become part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional service in the tobacco and consumer goods industry. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates fluent in any of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) to join us.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to clients speaking Nordic languages through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Assist customers with order processes, account management, and providing detailed product information.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Stay updated on the company's products and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify enhancement opportunities in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
