We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Transportation Services Department. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong customer service orientation and are passionate about assisting German-speaking clients with their transportation needs.


Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, fare information, and service policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Keep informed about industry changes, travel regulations, and service offerings to provide accurate assistance.
  • Gather feedback from customers to support continuous improvement in service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or logistics sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
