Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of social media metrics to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations tailored for clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate audience engagement, trends, and performance across various social media platforms.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize findings and enhance decision-making.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven social media strategies.
  • Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the productivity of campaigns.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in social media analytics.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of effective social media campaigns grounded in data insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, particularly within a social media or digital marketing context.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their corresponding analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong communication skills, especially in presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines effectively.
