Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch regarding e-cigarette products
• Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and troubleshooting
• Educate customers on product usage and safety information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support, particularly in retail or e-commerce, is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Familiarity with e-cigarette products or the vaping industry is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
