Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the finance or compliance sector, is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with anti-financial crime regulations and practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
