Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support representative within our Health Department. This role is aimed at individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in health issues related to e-cigarette use. As a vital member of our team, you will assist Italian-speaking customers by addressing their concerns, providing accurate information, and offering guidance regarding our e-cigarette products and related health topics.


Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Experience in customer support or a healthcare-related role is advantageous.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive information and handle inquiries with sensitivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with e-cigarette products and their health considerations is a plus.
