  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and latest technology trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Promote a positive customer experience, ensuring all interactions reflect the brand’s values and mission.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
