  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
