Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to present an opportunity for a French Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support representative within our Health Department. This role is suited for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in health-related inquiries regarding e-cigarette use. As part of our dedicated team, you will assist French-speaking customers by providing them with accurate information, addressing their concerns, and helping them navigate their inquiries related to e-cigarette products and health.


Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding e-cigarettes and health concerns in French.
  • Provide clear and accurate guidance on product usage and safety information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all interactions with customers in our support system accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and health guidelines regarding e-cigarettes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Experience in customer support or healthcare-related roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
