  • Adhere to industry regulations and protect customer confidentiality throughout all interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
