This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about cybersecurity to assist clients in fortifying their online security measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Japanese-speaking clients to understand their online security needs and recommend tailored software solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current cybersecurity strategies and develop improvement plans.
• Provide expert training and support to clients to ensure they are effectively utilizing security software.
• Analyze the effectiveness of deployed security solutions and suggest enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth implementation and integration of security measures.
• Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape to offer relevant insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting or a similar field, particularly with online security software.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and evaluating security solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and knowledge of security software tools.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing client relationships.
