Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking subscribers via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries about the online streaming service.
  • Assist customers with account management, subscription issues, and content-related inquiries.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting support to enhance user experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on the latest features, content, and promotions offered by the streaming service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to the improvement of service processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective solutions and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the media, entertainment, or technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and digital media is a plus.
