Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to aviation services.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel-related information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly, ensuring a seamless experience for travelers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the latest aviation regulations, flight schedules, and company policies to inform customers accurately.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the company during all interactions with customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • A strong interest in aviation and travel.
