This role is ideal for those passionate about travel and customer service, offering a chance to assist German-speaking clients in planning and managing their travel experiences.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to travel bookings and services.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel accommodations, itinerary management, and travel changes or cancellations.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations on travel options, ensuring customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to resolve any booking-related queries.
  • Stay updated on travel trends and company offerings to provide accurate information and advice.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for service improvement and quality control.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and online booking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
