We are currently looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Transportation Services Department. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, fares, and service policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and service providers to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed about available services, travel regulations, and promotions.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or service industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
