Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Finnish-speaking clients regarding online content creation tools and services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product functionality, account management, and service features.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and address customer feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Gather insights from customers to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the digital media or online services sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
