Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce the open positions for Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representatives within the Imperial Department. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent service in the tobacco and consumer goods industry. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals fluent in Finnish who are eager to support our customers.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with order placements, account management, and inquiries related to products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective service delivery and ensure product availability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and implement changes accordingly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service are essential.
