  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to resolve issues that may arise during the customer journey.
  • Stay informed of the latest travel trends, promotions, and offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized records.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
