Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, fares, scheduling, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about transportation regulations, safety measures, and service updates to provide the most accurate assistance.
  • Collect customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or logistics sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
