Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and services.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on e-cigarette usage, product features, and service options.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in the vaping or e-cigarette industry, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
