  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions to facilitate effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for luxury service.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the luxury sector, is preferred.
