This role involves relocating to Greece, where you will provide essential support to Slovak-speaking users facing challenges with their phone operating system. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the phone operating system in a timely manner.
  • Assist users in understanding and utilizing the features of the phone operating system effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns have been thoroughly addressed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English.
  • Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the position.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems or customer support tools is an advantage.
