Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and product inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to guarantee efficient service and product availability.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Stay knowledgeable about company products and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhanced service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with a focus on customer satisfaction.
