  • Document customer interactions meticulously and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the digital content or online services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and standard office applications.
