Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service availability, fare information, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality.
  • Keep customers informed about available services, safety protocols, and promotional offers.
  • Collect customer feedback to assist in improving service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
