  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the company’s fleet, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
