As a Call Center Representative, you will support Portuguese-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and helping them navigate our services. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from Portuguese-speaking customers and assist with their requests.
  • Provide information regarding products and services clearly and effectively.
  • Help customers with order inquiries and account management.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a satisfactory experience.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in our management system.
  • Engage with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in regular training to stay updated on products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • No previous experience is necessary; we encourage candidates with a passion for customer service to apply!
