Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
  • Document and track all interactions and resolutions in the support ticket system.
  • Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Educate clients on product features and provide best practices to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
  • Experience in technology or related sectors such as e-commerce or telecommunications is advantageous.
