Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, especially in online or related industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is an advantage.
