Responsibilities
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that illustrate key performance indicators for social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for brand engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to help shape social media strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Translate and present findings and recommendations in Spanish to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, especially in social media metrics and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an easily understandable manner.
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a remote team.
