Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an excellent opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Online Travel Department. In this role, located remotely, you will have the chance to assist Spanish-speaking travelers in planning their perfect trips and providing outstanding service throughout their journey.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Assist customers with travel planning, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and package deals.
  • Provide support for changes to bookings, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for effective resolutions.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.
