Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking content creators through various communication channels.
  • Assist clients with inquiries about content creation tools, account management, and platform features.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate service improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in content creation and online platforms to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Encourage positive engagement and foster a supportive environment for content creators.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the online services or digital content sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with client needs.
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • A passion for online content creation and a proactive approach to customer support.
