Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough analysis of social media performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports that visualize campaign performance for clients.
  • Research and monitor social media trends, identifying opportunities for client engagement and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to inform social media strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly in Spanish to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media analytics and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience or strong understanding of data analysis, particularly within social media contexts.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a remote team.
